|We use Australia Post for deliveries throughout Australia, with the exception of some large furniture items where we engage the services of a courier or furniture delivery service.

Please contact us on, [email protected] or phone 02 9212 6747 during business hours, prior to returning an item to ensure that we can discuss the receipt of your returned goods and arrange an exchange or shopping credit promptly.
Spence & Lyda will arrange repair of the fault. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided where possible. If it is no longer possible to replace the product we will provide a full refund or your choice of equivalent product value.
