The Surface collection was designed for an elevated, everyday eating/drinking experience. It was created by one of the most respected and lauded chefs in The Netherlands and he was inspired by the rugged landscape of Zeeland, then translating it into this evocative range of table and cookware. These pieces are distinctive for their almost haptic surface quality, therefore colour variation and glazing irregularities are part of the artisanal nature of each piece, and is as the designer intended. As the chef/designer says: “Every surface tells a story”.
